When will my order ship?

Because your order is specifically made for you, you can expect your order to ship within 5 days however, most orders are shipped within 2-3 days.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the product and shipping will be at your own cost.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once a new address is confirmed you will be liable for re-shipping cost.

How Can I Track My Order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.

Product Damages & Defects

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Please use our contact for, select and be sure to upload the images and info:

  1. Photo of the internal tag for sizing
  2. Photo of the front and back of the item for identification
  3. Photo of the damages/defects
  4. Your order number

My item shrunk!

Since most of our items contain cotton, we highly recommend that you wash all your clothing inside out in cold water and then hang to dry to reduce the chances of shrinking and increase the longevity of your items!

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Please be sure of your size, color, design, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing and order. Once an order is out for delivery, we can’t guarantee the possibility of changing any information.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

What’s Your Return Policy?

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse so please check your size, color, and design before purchasing. If your item is misprinted or damaged contact us within 7 days through our contact form and be sure to upload a photo of the damaged product.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at through our contact form of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund

Order Information

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, cancellations are still hard to facilitate as we have hundreds of orders flowing through our warehouse every day and your invoice is sent directly to our warehouse as soon as it's been placed; so pulling a single order from the floor may not be possible.

With that being said, we still want to help in any way we can so please contact us if you have questions or need assistance!

Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to make adjustments to anything on the order such as the products, sizes, colours, or quantities once an order has been placed.​

However, we may be able to cancel your order completely so you can place a new order with the correct items after, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email yet?

If you don't see your order confirmation in your regular inbox, please check your junk and spam folders as sometimes these confirmation emails can be directed there instead.

Product Knowledge & Sizing

How do I know if a product is final sale?

If a product is final sale, there will be a notice in red stating“Please note, this item is final sale”under the'Meet the product'section of the product pages.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our products generally fit "true to size" meaning that if you typically wear a size medium in other brands, you would likely enjoy the fit of a size medium in ttr as well.​

We highly recommend reviewing the sizing charts so you can measure yourself to see which size will work best!

​Please note that we have products in various different fits as well; slim fit, regular fit, relaxed fit, & oversized fit.

Where are your sizing charts?

The size charts can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the product page.

Where can I find the care instructions for a product?

Care instructions can be found on the wash tag of the items.

How do I leave a product review?

To write a review for one of our products, you will receive an email 7 days after your product arrives with a link to write a review.

We would love to hear from you on our social media. You can find out social media links on the bottom and top of our website. Please mention us or tag us.

Holiday Orders

Do you have a holiday shipping cutoff date?

To receive your orders in time for the holidays, we recommend placing them by December 10th.

Please note that if you place your order after these dates, it may not arrive before December 25th. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, but we do our best to ensure your holiday orders are sent out and delivered as fast as possible.

Do you offer gift receipts and gift wrapping/notes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrapping/note service or issue gift receipts.
