Return
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse so please check your size, color, and design before purchasing.
- If your item is misprinted or damaged contact us within 7 days through our contact form and be sure to upload a photo of the damaged product.
Refunds
- Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
- We do not refund for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. If any of these apply, please contact using our contact form with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
- Different forms of payments have different processing times, so please allow for up to 10 business days for your refund to be back on your original method of payment once its been issued.
- If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days please contact us through our contact form and we'd be happy to look into it further for you.
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know by utilizing our contact form of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Other
Refunds & Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a contact form and be sure to upload photos. Claims without a photo cannot be processed.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please contact us if you have any concerns or issues.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Tax Disclaimer
Taxes are collected for orders shipping within the state of FL only. The Tenacious Roamer, LLC operates only out of this location and state laws dictate that we collect sales tax for purchases made within this state.
All other states
While TheTenacious Roamer, LLC does not currently collect state or use tax in your state, this purchase is NOT necessarily exempt from sales or use tax merely because it was purchased via the internet or other remote means. Some states require purchasers in that state to file a sale or use tax return at the end of the year reporting all non-taxed purchases and pay tax on those purchases. Any information about how your state collects taxes should be found on your states Department of Revenue website.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect.
